Great location, helpful staff, nice food, comfortable and clean room with balcony, central location, kind and helpful staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the Trevi fountain and other sights in the city center. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including orange juice, eggs, bacon, ham, pastries. The staff at the front desk were helpful and patient with all of my requests. I had a great experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money this hotel offered. The prices were reasonable, especially considering its central location right down the street from the iconic Trevi Fountain. The hotel's attention to detail was impeccable, with extra touches like a club breakfast area and rooms without a box in the bathroom, which added to the overall comfort. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, making the service top-notch. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, and the rooms, with their separate single beds and beautiful view over a charming back alley, were clean and cozy. Additionally, having breakfast included was a great bonus, with a wide range of high-quality products to choose from and start the day on a delicious note.

We were actually surprised by the spacious and modern club room at Accademia. The bathroom was roomy and the coffee and pastries available all day were a nice touch. The breakfast attendant, Manola, were very good too accommodate my son's gluten-free diet. The front desk staff was cute and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for families.

One minor downside is the spotty WiFi connection, which can be slow and prone to disconnections.
